Crew of the Minoru! Please attend carefully. I, your glorious lord and master, have completed command academy and been promoted to the rank of full commander. I think I speak for all of us when I say that this is a momentous occasion. I will try not to let it go to my head.

This puts us one step closer to operational status. All we need is another crew member and we'll be set for our first mission. It shouldn't be too long before that's taken care of and I'll let you know the moment we've got someone.
