Crew of the Minoru! Please attend carefully. I, your glorious lord and master, have completed command academy and been promoted to the rank of full commander. I think I speak for all of us when I say that this is a momentous occasion. I will try not to let it go to my head. This puts us one step closer to operational status. All we need is another crew member and we'll be set for our first mission. It shouldn't be too long before that's taken care of and I'll let you know the moment we've got someone. |

Commander Griffith, My heartfelt congratulations to you on your successful completion of the Horizon Fleet Command Academy. As someone who has also made his way through those initial steps of commanding your own vessel, I can appreciate the time and effort you spent on your course work. Your promotion to the rank of Commander is a fitting reflection of the dedication you bring to both this simm and the fleet. I wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.
